Welcome to the month of hearts and love. Few more days it's Valentine's Day! I wonder if hubby and I will have a dinner date on the 14th? Nah.. I think not! Probably he's on duty that time (not sure though, have to check out his shifting schedule first). But just in case he's not, I prefer celebrating the day at home with our little prince.
Anyway, since February is about hearts and love. I came up with a design fit for the celebration. I actually doodled the design last week on a piece of paper while attending our division's meeting. (hindi ba naman nakinig hehehe)
I'm calling this nail art a Couple's Heart. Because each nail of the middle and ring fingers has a portion of the heart and when placed side by side will make one whole heart. Just like a couple joining their hearts for love.
For the base nail polish, I chose Revlon Top Speed Stone Wash for the accented nails i.e. the ring and middle finger nails, while the rest I used China Glaze Make Some Noise.
The heart designs were drawn using acrylic paints.
I tried to make perfect hearts, but my skills can only take me this far. I hope the hearts really look like hearts.
