Nail Art: Double Perpendicular Lines

As promised, I hand drawn a simple design on my Emerald Green nails and I'm calling this design as "Double Perpendicular Lines".

The base color is Revlon's Matte Suede Emerald City, you can find the swatches on my previous post.

The two perpendicular lines of light green and yellow were hand painted using acrylic paints.

I'm loving my trimmed nail art brush, because I can now draw lines with ease and neatness.

Emerald City this time looks more vibrant right? because the design was sealed using a shiny top coat. Gone is the matte finish of the nail polish.

Overall, this design for me is so simple yet with elegance.

How about you? What is your verdict?

  1. I liked it matte, but yes it looks nice too with the top coat. Another simple design (maybe) would just be three dots along the side. Another nice one! :)

  6. Elegant and simple it is. I don't think I can make straight lines like that. If I ever attempt this, I'll have wobbly lines lol!

  7. Beautiful as usual hehe. But I'm curious to find out how the design would look like with something that contrasts green. Pink maybe?
